User-generated content: If you submit, upload, or contribute content to the Service (for example, reviews or comments), you grant Urije a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, and perform such content within the Service. You confirm you own or control all rights to the content you submit and that it complies with these Terms.

3. Third-Party Links and Google Play Hosting

Urije functions as an app discovery platform that provides information about third-party mobile applications. The actual applications are hosted on external app stores, including Google Play, and are governed by those third-party terms and policies. Urije does not host, host-connect, or directly supply the apps themselves on urije.com.

By selecting or engaging with a listed app, you acknowledge that the app is operated by a separate entity and may be subject to its own terms of service and privacy practices. We may display listings, ratings, and reviews for such apps, but we do not guarantee the availability, functionality, quality, or safety of any third-party app. Listings may be added, removed, or updated at our discretion without liability.

4. Disclaimers

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Urije disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL Urije, ITS PARENTS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, OR FROM ANY CONTENT OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN ANY CASE, THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED A SUM EQUAL TO THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO Urije FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Urije, its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorneysâ€™ fees) arising from: your use of the Service; your violation of these Terms; or your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.

7. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and your use of the Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Urije operates, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the applicable courts having jurisdiction therein, to the extent permitted by law.

We may assign or sublicense our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Urije regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written, regarding the Service.
